Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients.
- Resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and related equipment.
- Learn how to develop and implement innovative solutions for clients' technology needs.
- Learn and assist in the deployment of new technology solutions.
- Perform regular system updates and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in technology.
Qualifications
- EPI/MBO in Tech or equivalent practical experience.
- Working knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Problem-solver with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team or on your own.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Previous experience in a technical support role or relevant internship is a plus.
- You must have a driving license or in the process of obtaining one.
- Work permit is a must.
