We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Tech. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to grow and advance within the company. While starting as a Tech, this role offers extensive training and investment to help you develop your skills and progress to higher positions within our organization. We are looking for a candidate who is committed to a long-term career with Delta Blue and is eager to contribute to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients.
  • Resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and related equipment.
  • Learn how to develop and implement innovative solutions for clients' technology needs.
  • Learn and assist in the deployment of new technology solutions.
  • Perform regular system updates and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in technology.

Qualifications

  • EPI in Tech or equivalent practical experience.
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
  • Problem-solver with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team or on your own.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Previous experience in a technical support role or relevant internship is a plus.
  • You must have a driving license or in the process of obtaining one.
  • Work permit is a must.
